9/11 remembrances: on the 13th anniversary, America reflects — pictures

The images are similar from year to year – firefighters, flags, flowers, all in place at the moments of impact in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Once again today, on September 11, America pauses to reflect on the events that changed the world 13 years ago
