Matthias Bergmann

Matthias Bergmann has worked at ISOE since 2000 and is part of the research unit Transdisciplinary Methods and Concepts. From 1998 to 2011 he has been lecturing at the Institute for Advanced Study, Berlin, where he was responsible for quality management and evaluation. In addition, he is an invited guest scientist at the Leuphana University Lüneburg since August 2011. Matthias Bergmann has a doctorate in Environmental Engineering, specialising in Acoustics. At ISOE he focuses on the study of quality criteria, the evaluation of transdisciplinary research and methods for dealing with integration issues within transdisciplinary research.
