As part of Michael Sandel’s tour of Asia, he stopped in Delhi to give a lecture about overcoming societal problems by bridging communication through the use of technology. This lecture was the inaugural lecture in India’s National Innovation Council’s series of public lectures. Sandel notes that projects like the National Knowledge Network can be used as instruments of change.
