Every month, thousands of Valley residents play games from the Arizona Lottery, hoping to strike it rich.

In fiscal 2013 alone, the Arizona Lottery gave out $429 million in prizes.

Here's a look at some of the 2014 winners who raked in $100,000 or more.

Anna Stallter

Prize: $535,000 on Sept. 4, 2014.

Store: Greenway Family Auto Service at 15030 N. 99th Ave. in Sun City.

Game: Fantasy 5 Jackpot.

Stallter originally bought tickets for drawings on the 3rd and used her $5 winnings to purchase the winning ticket on the 4th. She is retired from the food industry and has lived in Sun City for over two years. She plans to share her winnings with her family.
