The company, for which the building is named, is the first tenant of the newly redeveloped property in Center City Allentown

[LEHIGH VALLEY, PA, AUGUST 28, 2014]  -- Trifecta Technologies, the IT business solutions provider based in Allentown, Pa., has taken occupancy at The Trifecta Building, located at 612 Hamilton Street. The company was the first tenant to take occupancy in the newly redeveloped property and occupies space on the fourth through sixth floors in addition to the rooftop terrace.

Built in 1910 and now owned by Jeff and Doug Brown, principals of Charles Street Capital, and Douglas Pelletier, founder and CEO of Trifecta Technologies, the former Schoen’s Furniture Store underwent a complete redevelopment after standing vacant since 1990.

“Our employees are thrilled to be moving into our new home in Center City Allentown,” said Douglas Pelletier, founder and CEO of Trifecta Technologies. “Our space provides Trifecta and our employees with a chic, warm, welcoming office layout and plenty of shared space to encourage collaboration. In addition, we are committed to continuing to serve as stewards of the community and to deepen our existing service efforts with various organizations in our new neighborhood.”

“We are thrilled to officially launch the Trifecta Building and to welcome all of Trifecta’a employees to their new office space,” said Jeff Brown, principal of Charles Street.  “The interior design really complements the new glass façade, and I think that the workspaces that we have created will be a tremendous asset for Trifecta for many years to come.”
Located within the City of Allentown’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ), 612 Hamilton Street is a mixed-use facility that includes a street-level restaurant, loft-style office space on the second through sixth floors and a rooftop terrace.

Trifecta Technologies will occupy close to 20,000 square feet of space on the fourth through sixth floors in addition to the property’s rooftop terrace. Trifecta is the building’s anchor tenant.

Trifecta’s space includes:
• A two-story library that provides spectacular views of South Mountain;
• A dog loft for Pelletier’s two Labrador retrievers, Jack and Arnold;
• Basement space that includes a rec room, pool and ping-pong tables, locker rooms with showers and a bike rack;
• State-of-the-art Internet and wireless technology, including wireless TVs equipped with an Apple TV; and automatically adjusting Lutron roller shades on all windows;
• Steel, glass and reclaimed wood accents throughout and side tables made out of tree stumps;
• Flex space on every floor, enabling impromptu brainstorming and collaboration;
• Exclusive access to additional amenities, to be completed soon and to include a landscaped rooftop terrace, equipped with a steel, pergola with a retracting shade, a grilling area, seating, high-top tables and views of the PPL Arena, the monument and the Delaware Water Gap.

The larger NIZ project includes PPL Center, an 8,500-seat arena that will host minor league hockey games, concerts and other entertainment options.
