Wenlong Lu is a pre-doctoral visiting scholar from Dalian University of Technology in China. He holds an M.A. in Public Administration and a B.A. in Law from Hubei University. Wenlong is interested in ethics of technology and STS. His dissertation focuses on the anomy in the technological subject’s ethical behavior.
He was recognized for "Outstanding Paper" at the 3rd National Conference on Science, Technology and Engineering Ethics Graduate Forum (2011) by the Chinese Society for Dialectic of Nature/Philosophy of Nature, Science & Technology. He was also one of the Executive Editors of Research Yearbook on Philosophy of Technology in China: Engineering Technology Philosophy (2010-2012).
