The New Pornographers' latest album is titled Brill Bruisers, which inadvertently became homage to the musically historical Brill Building, where classics like Phil Spector's "Be My Baby" were once written. In this new Funny or Die video, lead Pornographer A.C. Newman visits this pop music monument, which is now run-down and vacant save for two remaining songwriters (played by comedians Julie Klausner and Jake Fogelnest), still hung up on the golden age of music. They mostly yell at Newman a lot and tell him that he should have been a toilet repairman instead.
