One O'Clock Lab Band

Don't miss the One O'Clock Lab Band's fall concert with guest trumpeter Chuck Findley on November 25. Findley is a longtime "Tonight Show" band member and regular collaborator with artists B.B. King and Steely Dan. He'll join the One O'Clock to play brand new charts by student Drew Zaremba along with music from Findley's years with the Buddy Rich Band and the Metropole Orchestra.

One O'Clock Lab Band

After last year's Sounds of the Holidays concert was put "on ice" due to inclement weather, we're excited to bring you the rescheduled event on December 6. You'll hear the famed One O'Clock Lab Band, directed by Jay Saunders, play jazz arrangements of your favorite holiday tunes. The UNT Jazz Singers, directed by Jennifer Barnes, get in on the action with this special occasion of both instrumental and vocal jazz. Bring the whole family to celebrate the season!

 

UNT Opera Presents...

UNT Opera presents Lehár’s classic operetta, The Merry Widow which is filled with hilarious satire, touching romance and unforgettable melodies. Audience members seated on the floor of the Lyric Theater will enjoy mingling with the performers in this English-language production. Performances are November 7, 9, 14 and 16 in the Lyric Theater.
