The Department of Philosophy & Religion Studies @ UNT fosters interdisciplinarity and innovation throughout our curricula, research centers and projects. We are proud to be home both to the nation's first Master's Program in the field of Environmental Ethics as well as the leading Doctoral Program in Environmental Philosophy. We are also home to the Center for Environmental Philosophy and its journal, Environmental Ethics, as well as the Center for the Study of Interdisciplinarity and the Sub-Antarctic Biocultural Conservation Program.
