Petitioning for Open Access
Is Open Access necessary for impact? Is it sufficient? Should I sign the petition to the Obama Administration? I support Open Access and think it's something that can contribute to linking research with societal needs (aka 'impact). OA will make impact easier, but it won't guarantee it. #OAdebate
