Author biographies

J. Britt Holbrook is Assistant Director of the Center for the Study of Interdisciplinarity and Research Assistant Professor within the Department of Philosophy and Religion Studies at the University of North Texas. He was Principal Investigator on US National Science Foundation Grant No. 064957, which supported the workshop that engendered this special issue.
