8/11/14: The U.S. Department of State issued a travel warning for Liberia on 8/7/14 related to the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD). Additionally, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention has a Level 3 Travel Warning posted to avoid nonessential travel to Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone. Michigan State University does not have students or study abroad programs in Liberia, Guinea or Sierra Leone at this time.
