I would like to submit a Freshman Transfer Graduate Lifelong Graduate Certificate application.

If you are applying for a Masters or Doctoral program, please choose "Graduate." If you are applying for a program leading to a transcriptable Type II Graduate Certificate, please choose "Graduate Certificate." If you are a teacher applying to take courses that do not lead to a Type II Graduate Certificate, please choose "Lifelong."

If you are applying for a program leading to a transcriptable Type II Graduate Certificate, please choose "Graduate Certificate." If you are applying for non-degree status and do not wish to pursue an MSU graduate degree, please choose "Lifelong."

If you are applying for a program leading to a transcriptable Type II Graduate Certificate, please choose "Graduate Certificate." If you are a teacher applying to take courses that do not lead to a Type II Graduate Certificate, please choose "Lifelong."
