Vernon E. Faulconer
Chief Executive Officer
Vernon E. Faulconer grew up in El Dorado, Kansas and attended Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. Mr. Faulconer has been an active member of the Board of Trustees of Grinnell College since 1984. In 1991, he established the Faulconer Scholarship Program (http://www.faulconerscholars.org/). In recognition of that program Mr. Faulconer was given an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Grinnell College in 2003. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Dallas Museum of Art and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chinati Foundation.

David J. Enright
President
David Enright began working with Vernon E. Faulconer in 1974. When Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc., was formed in 1981, Mr. Enright was named President of the new company and continues to serve in that capacity today. Mr. Enright studied engineering at Le Tourneau College in Longview, Texas.

Jean Crawley
Vice President, Land and Administration
Jean Crawley joined Vernon E. Faulconer as the Land Manager in 1983. In 2000, she was named Vice President of Land and Administration. Mrs. Crawley attended Texas Woman's University and the University of Texas-El Paso. She received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Petroleum Land Management and an Associate of Arts degree in Real Estate Management from Tyler Junior College after entering the Land profession in 1980. She has been a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen since 1985 and has been certified as a Professional Landman since 1992.

Tom Markel
Vice President, Accounting and Chief Financial Officer
Tom Markel began his career at Vernon E. Faulconer in 1990 when he joined the accounting department as the Tax Manager. During the next several years his responsibilities grew until he was named the company's CFO in 2001. Mr. Markel has degrees in geology and accounting from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
