Art Studio Space Rental at Clamp Light Studios – San Antonio
We have an artist studio vacancy in a shared community space with three other artists, available for immediate move-in at Clamp Light Studios. We are an artist community located in the art/studio rich neighborhood of Beacon Hill, which offers various art openings, studio tours, and other eclectic artist opportunities.
Clamp Light Studio Membership Includes:
• 120 sq/ft of studio space for $195 a month*
• Gallery space with exhibition opportunities.
• Enclosed dark room for photographing artwork.
• Bathroom, kitchenette, and large utility sink.
• 24-hour access and off-street parking.
We are seeking a responsible, committed, and easy-going artist of any media, who is also willing to share responsibilities of the gallery and studio at Clamp Light (basic maintenance, promotional aspects, etc).
