About the RFQ:

With ongoing efforts to make Downtown El Paso more pedestrian-friendly and attractive to citizens, visitors and businesses, The City of El Paso’s Public Art Program seeks to commission a professional artist or artist team to work with engineering and design consultants to devise artistic elements for the reconstruction of and streetscape improvements for the Central Business District (CBD) Phase IV Project. The total project budget is $30,000 which includes the design fee and all design development expenses. Fabrication costs are included in the construction budget.

Prior to the meeting it is highly recommended to review the RFQ by visitingwww.elpasoartsandculture.org. Click on the “public art opportunities” tab for details on submission requirements and the application process.
