A New Year's greeting from Amada Cruz
Now that I’ve been at Artpace for two months, I want to thank all of you for the warm welcome to San Antonio. Artpace is fortunate to have so many dedicated fans and supporters who really care about our mission to make new art happen. I’ve been moved by so many of your stories recounting why Artpace matters. To all of our beloved members, thank you for your loyalty and generosity. I hope that each one of you join again in 2013, so that you can share in the thrill of producing and presenting the best of contemporary art.
If I haven’t met you yet, please introduce yourself at the Thursday, January 10 opening of Transitios, a group exhibition of works by Mexico City-based artists, and Leigh Anne Lester’s Cultivated Divergence, our first Window Works project of the new year. And remember, if you want access that night to the rooftop VIP lounge, you have to be a Fresh Art First member.
