People with disabilities are an often untapped source of skilled, innovative, and dedicated employees. This section of Disability.gov offers job seekers, employers, and employees practical information about finding a job, recruiting and hiring people with disabilities, and job accommodations. It also offers resources on starting a small business and laws and regulations that protect the employment rights of people with disabilities. And family members and teenagers with disabilities can find information on mentoring programs and job training services.
