Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). Threat- and performance-based exercise activities of varying degrees of complexity and interaction.

Top Officials (TOPOFF). The nation's premier terrorism preparedness exercise, involving thousands of federal, state, territorial, and local officials as part of a robust, full-scale simulated response to a multi-faceted threat. This congressionally mandated exercise program is designed to strengthen the nation’s capacity to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from terrorist attacks involving weapons of mass destruction.

Cyber Storm Exercise. Government-led, full-scale cyber security exercise series addresses the increasingly sophisticated cyber security threats facing both the public and private sectors. This congressionally mandated exercise examines the processes, procedures, tools and organizational response to a multi-sector coordinated attack through, and on, the global cyber infrastructure.
