  Photograph of Amy Rushing   Ms. Rushing joined the Office of Applied Economics in May 1997. Her major interests are computer programming and web site design. Ms. Rushing programs in Java and CA-Visual Objects. She is also proficient in HTML and web site design. In addition to her academic training in Information and Computer Science at Hood College, she has completed computer training courses in HTML, Java, Access, Photoshop, and the design of user-interfaces. Ms. Rushing is currently enrolled in an MBA program at Hood College and expects to graduate in January 2008. Her current projects in OAE involve software development for the Cost-Effectiveness Tool for Capital Asset Protection and Life-Cycle Costing Methodology projects.
