A scintillating and energetic presence has surrounded this long-time BHI spokesperson ever since her early days as a child vaudevillian actress. At the age of 7 she appeared in Our Gang comedy shorts. The musical stage was her specialty and in the late 40s won Tony and Donaldson award-winning recognition in the Broadway productions of High Button Shoes and Love Life.
