I have to agree w/Andres (not necessarily his "lecture" about publishers), but
about creating your own materials for beginning level adult students -- community
signs, Rx labels, newspaper ads, etc.  I also create my own dialogs or we do them
as a class after a few weeks.  If you'd like samples, email me; I can attach some
to you.
