Although our vascular plant collection numbers over 700,000 specimens only Minnesota plants and national park specimens are being entered in the database and some miscellaneous specimens. Scientific names are as listed in the annotated state checklist.

The basic search will search the entire database for the word or phrase entered. The advanced search allows you to search on a variety of fields (or omit those you don't want); wildcards (% or *) are allowed.
