Health Literacy in Advancing Patient Safety Award</span></i></b> will recognize
an individual, group or organization which has made significant strides in
improving the health literacy of their constituents or community through
research, advocacy, or program implementation in order to improve patient
safety and quality of care. The award recipient will receive a one-time grant
from Pfizer in the amount of $15,000.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
