Subject: [HealthLiteracy 1894] Statewide initiative examples

Good morning,

We are working on a project and are interested in finding examples of
statewide health literacy initiatives that are currently underway and/or
have been done in the past (a bonus would be if these past projects had some
outcome data). We are aware of a few but would like to see what else may be
going on. If anyone has any examples they may know about and would like to
share, please email me directly. Thank you in advance!!
