Take action today and become a supporter of the home care community's effort to collect one million signatures to oppose drastic reductions in the Medicare home health benefit.

We have placed a number of resources on the www.HelpUsChooseHome.com website to assist you in your advocacy efforts for home care and hospice and to encourage others to take action.

Now more than ever is the time to strengthen home care; it is not the time to cut home care. Reject the proposed $57 billion in Medicare home health budget cuts and voice your concern to Congress.
