Amendment 2: This amendment adds to program element E.4 an additional opportunity for proposals specific to Heliophysics. Additional funding of $1.5 M is being made available for these Heliophysics specific proposals.
Also, the title of this program element has changed from Opportunities in Science Mission Directorate Education and Public Outreach to Opportunities in Education and Public Outreach for Earth and Space Science (EPOESS), and this change is also reflected in the summary of solicitation and Tables 2 and 3.
