Veterans History Project

The Library of Congress has the Veterans History Project, which collects and preserves the extraordinary wartime stories of ordinary people. Visit the Veterans History Project site to search the database, see and hear the personal accounts, or to learn how to contribute your own story.

America Supports You

The Defense Department recently launched “America Supports You” to showcase America's support for the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families, and focus on the many ways the country is expressing that support. "America Supports You" encourages people to visit their web site and share details about their support project or activity.
