D.11 Correction

June 30, 2009: Section 3. Summary of Key Information of Appendix D.11 Technology Development for Exoplanet Missions has been corrected so that it is consistent with the text. It now indicates that the expected annual program budget for new awards is $2.6M/Yr, which is equivalent to the $5.2M budget over two years described in the text.
