A.29 Clarification

The text of Appendix A.29, the “Hyperspectral Infrared Imager (HyspIRI) Preparatory Activities Using Existing Imagery” program, now includes an explicit reference to the HyMap hyperspectral imagery of Costa Rica during March and April of 2005 for the Government of Costa Rica in section 2.
