A.22 Clarification

April 20, 2009: Section 5. Summary of Key Information of Appendix A.22 Interdisciplinary Research in Earth Science has been clarified to indicate that the ~ $10M expected total program budget for new awards is per year, not the total budget for the lifecycle of the proposed projects.
