Hello,

I am not sure which NIFL list would be the best to ask this but I am
wondering where to obtain data sets for information for public health
education planning and preparedness on where to locate data sets (not
statistics) on Low English Proficiency / ESL. It would be helpful if
this is collected somewhere at the county /city level and not just
statewide.

If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Cherryll
