SEC Chairman/Secretary et al,

I am writing you regarding, SEC File No. 4-500. Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security.

I am in full support of proposed amendments to NASD Rule 3360, SEC Rule 4-500, requiring Broker Dealers to maintain and publish, short position lists for OTC and Pink Sheet traded securities. The issue of market transparency and fair market regulation is paramount.

As chairman and employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission, I find it hard to believe that you do not either, know, or care about your fiduciary responsibility to maintain a fair and orderly market, and to ENFORCE the Securities laws that have been on the books since the early 1900's.

It is imperitive that the illegal market activity in effect for many years be addressed, and transparency actions be taken to hold those responsible, accountable. Anything less, is the SEC supporting illegal activity; which makes you no different than the thieves themselves.

I have personally written every Senator in the nation to further this cause.

Please address this issue.
