I support the Pink Sheets' Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination.

ALSO, the SEC should look into the manipulation of stocks traded on the Pink Sheets. Online message boards are filled with posts which are meant to drive down a stock once a market maker is short.
