Please extend the rules governing short selling and reporting thereof to include stocks offered via pink sheet lists.

Many investors in pink sheet stocks are small investors such as myself are at the mercy of unscrupulous short seller cartels. Predatory short selling not only injures those investors who are not in the cartel, but also brings about serious misallocations of resources.

The prosperity of small businesses and the people who invest in them requires openness of transactions so that all parties can make rational economic decisions based on accurate and timely information.

Please take prompt action to treat this growing cancer effectively.

Sincerely,
