To Whom it may Concern,

I am writing you to express my strong support of the Petition recently filed by Pink Sheets for the amendment of NASD Rule 3360. The full name of the petition is "SEC File No. 4-500. Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security"

Having current investments in several small/micro cap companies via the Pink Sheets, I have seen first hand the amount of manipulation that occurs in these stocks. I believe all public markets should be free of manipulation and blatant misuse of open and fair trading practices. In this time where new direction is needed in our economy, small companies such as those listed on the Pink Sheets provide excellent opportunities for new technologies, ideas and products to come to market. Depsite the already difficult odds that these compaines face, they must also face the nearly impossible task of overcoming the blatant market manipulation. Pink Sheets petition clearly outlines the specifics of what is happening and I support their efforts 100%.

I urge you as a citizen of this country and an investor in our country's future to adopt the requested actions of this petition.

Sincerely
Michael K. Schroeder
