Arthritis Benefits of A Physical Activity Program In West VirginiaFunding NumberMM0944 Project DescriptionThere is a paucity of literature on the effectiveness of physical activity and exercise interventions for people with arthritis when delivered in the community setting. Thus, the purpose of this project is to determine if an evidence-based, community-delivered, physical activity program, the EnhanceFitness program (formerly the Lifetime Fitness Program), yields benefits for participants with arthritis.
