National Diabetes Education Program
The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is a joint program of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health, and 200-plus partners.

Partners work together to improve the treatment and outcomes of diabetes in individuals, families, communities, and health care systems.
