City Manager’s Fiscal Crisis Information
Attachment 1 is the recent informational flyer provided to all Hayward residents asking for your input on these difficult budget issues and the possible future revenue measure.
If you would like to provide the City feedback on these issues, please email the City Manager.
Attachment 2 is information about what actions the City has already undertaken to address the growing fiscal crisis that is impacting the City’s ability to maintain services. Various measures to reduce expenditures have already significantly impacted services in various departments, and further cuts will require deep reductions in essential City services like police and fire protection.
Attachment 3 is a fact sheet about the City and the current budget situation in general.
