WASHINGTON, DC – On Wednesday, Congressman Bill Delahunt, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights, and Oversight will hold the fourth in a series of hearings and briefings to examine the prison at Guantanamo Bay.
