Hello, everyone.
Attached is this week's Thursday Notes from OVAE. This issue includes
information on an upcoming meeting of NRS Working Group; a link to
OVAE's State Plan Guidance, a link to National Center for Education
Statistics' new report on National Assessment of Adult Literacy:
Indirect County and State Estimates of the Percentage of Adults at the
Lowest Literacy Level for 1992 and 2003, and information about two
community colleges' efforts to make tuition affordable to unemployed
adults.
