Having trouble accessing the "One-Screen Data Search" tool with Internet Explorer?
To correct problems accessing the "One-Screen Data Search" tool with IE 7+:
- From your Internet Explorer 7.0 or better browser menu, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab.
- Scroll down the window until you see the Java (Sun) setting - JRE 1.5.0_12 for <applet>...
if the checkbox is not selected, select it. The version listed must be 1.5.x or higher.
- If you have boxes checked for Microsoft VM, de-select all settings under this item.
- Close all instances of your IE browser.
- Restart your browser and retrieve your data using BLS' One-Screen Data Search tool.
