Commission approval of reports for release:

- The Commission has approved the release of its annual report on the Truth in Lending, Consumer Leasing, Equal Credit Opportunity, and Electronic Fund Transfer Acts. The vote to approve the release of the report, which is available on the FTC’s Web site, was 5-0. (FTC File No. P034804; the staff contact is Carole L. Reynolds, 202-326-3230.)

– The Commission has approved the release of a report to Congress on civil penalties obtained by the Commission against both large and small businesses in Fiscal Year 2003. The report, required by the Small Business Paperwork Relief Act, was formally adopted by the Commission by a vote of 5-0. The report is now available on the FTC’s Web site.
