The following is an alternate text description of the PDF illustration of streetside mileage 
calculation: East Old Camden Road is a census tract boundary. Therefore, only the 
streetside internal to census tract 103 will be used to calculate the mileage for census tract 
103. The streetside internal to tract 102 will be used in calculating the mileage for census 
tract 102. Further, Astoria Avenue is located within the boundaries of census tract 106. 
Therefore, both sides of Astoria Avenue will be used in the mileage calculation of census 
tract 106.
