The U.S. Department of Education, for the Office of Migrant Education, requires the services of a contractor with expertise in project support services. Logistical support and technical assistance are needed to arrange effective meetings and facilitate special projects in support of national initiatives.

The Office of Migrant Education intends to promote coordination in the education of migrant students by convening conferences, meetings, and work groups among migrant educators and other appropriate individuals to develop shared knowledge, strategies, and resources for use by the migrant education community.



The products prepared for, or which result from, such coordination meetings may include, but are not limited to discussions and conference proceedings; meeting minutes, analyses of particular topics/data; technical reports on issues related to conferences/work groups; surveys; research agendas; planning documents, brochures; handbooks; web page content, and audio or video documentation.
