This bar graph first breaks down the victims by their relationships to the perpetrators as follows: Female Parent Acting Alone, Male Parent Acting Alone, Both Parents, Female Parent and Other, Male Parent and Other, Other Relative(s), Child Day Care Provider(s), Foster Parent(s), Residential Facility Staff, Other, and Unknown. Among each of these relationship categories, the graph is broken into three bars that represent neglect, physical abuse, and sexual abuse. Each bar indicates the percentage of victims for each type of perpetrator relationship and type of maltreatment.
