January 13-14th, 2007 Weekend Winter Storm Not as Potent as December 2006 Storms

An upper level disturbance moving across the plains brought another round of snow to Western and North Central Nebraska on Saturday and Sunday, January 13-14th, with light to moderate snow accumulations. Though there were light snow showers and Saturday, the bulk of the accumulation occurred during the day Sunday. Snow first developed across southwestern areas and gradually spread northeast.
