Brett Carnell is a Team Leader in the Technical Services Section of the Prints and Photographs Division at the Library of Congress. The Technical Services section is responsible for accessioning, arranging, describing, digitizing and storing the Divisions vast collections. Brett recently completed a chapter on accessioning and arrangement for a forthcoming revision of Ritzenthaler's "Administration of Photographic Collections. Mary Mundy is a Senior Cataloger in the Prints & Photographs Division. She has been working with visual collections for more than 15 years. Mary Ison is Head of the Prints & Photographs Division's Reference Section, which is responsible for the provision of reference services, including rights information.
