Grants.gov provides customer support via e-mail and telephone.
Notification of publication - Visiting Grants.gov and the ACF grants opportunity page daily is the fastest and surest means to access publication information. The Grants.gov web site has options for requesting automated notification. In Grants.gov you can select categories of funding announcements, and ask to be notified when these announcements are published.
Getting an application - After the announcements are published, download and print the announcement and required forms. The announcement will include all the information you need to complete and submit your application.

Printed copies - Printed copies of the 2009 announcements will not be routinely sent out as was done in past years. Print copies of the 2009 announcements will only be sent to those who request them by calling the ACYF Operations Center at 1-866-796-1591.
Electronic Submission - Applicants that submit their application electronically are advised to be sure that they secure and retain their service ticket number for reference whenever they have any interaction with the Grants.gov Contact Center. Online application is voluntary. Electronic applications will be accepted only through Grants.gov. Detailed instructions for applying on-line are posted on Grants.gov. On-line applicants must first download a free software program and register with the Central Contractor Register, a Credential Provider and Grants.gov.
