Unusual Sunset Shadows
Tonight's sunset had some unusual shadows cast on higher level clouds. Light from the sun which was just below the horizon was blocked by some cumulus clouds in western Illinois. This produced some shadows on the higher cirrostratus clouds over north central and northeast Illinois at sunset.
